Windows 7 DreamScene Activator is a free tiny portable tool that activates DreamScene in Windows 7. DreamScene is a feature that allows users to set any video in WMV/MPG format as the desktop wallpaper. This feature was included in Windows Vista but was removed in Windows 7.

Instructions

Run the tool as administrator.

Click Enable DreamScene. It will now copy the required files and add the necessary registry keys & values. Then it will restart Windows Explorer & DreamScene will be enabled.

Right-Click on any video in WMV/MPG format and select Set as desktop background. Now the selected video will be set as the desktop wallpaper.
