Heads up!  The original download came in two parts with missing chapter titles, and was modified in the following ways:

- I combed through the audiobook and labeled each chapter appropriately.  Rather than chapter titles reading "Track 27" or something like that, they now read "Part II / Chapter 4: Working the Edge".  I've attempted to stick closely to the chapter titles used in the ebook version of this publication.
- I added chapters for the beginning and the end credits, which allows listeners to skip past them, if they choose.
- I merged the two parts into a single file, which should improve compatibility with many audiobook players, at the expense of having a slightly large file.  This process was completed using m4b-tool, and unfortunately did involve re-encoding the audio.  I've reviewed the audiobook, and I believe that there is not a noticable quality difference, however, if this bothers you, post a comment, and I'll send you the original files.
